Mission Statement
I provide therapy to adults and teens 16+. I specialize in therapy for therapists/healthcare workers, young adults, high-achieving professionals, and older teens. I have a special interest in self-esteem, burnout, perfectionism, and boundary setting.

I am LGBTQ+ affirming, and I work with clients of all races, ethnicities, and cultural or spiritual backgrounds. I also offer EMDR for trauma processing.
